that is one dangerous gift, how do you even tell what is what in it? the first tier is just normal cultivation medicine but then in tier 2 it gets tricky, they are categorized by rows but where are the lines to tell where the rows are? is row one at the top or bottom? does the row go to the side like we do in the west or does it go down like the japs do? it wouldn’t be as bad if not for the fact that she put in a row of poison in there, why would she even do that? “i’m so happy you’re marrying my grandpa, here’s some poison”, is it a veiled threat?
isn’t it common knowledge that rows are horizontal while columns are vertical..? if you don’t know that much at least then you’ve gotta be pretty dumb.
yea that’s how i usually do it but a lot of shit’s done differently in asia so i don’t know, still seems like an incredibly stupid idea to mix all those together
The lin guy said first to the old man ( father )
Then the father called the lin guy ( brother )
And called him again ( big brother)
WTF is going on in this translation ???
Why are Chinese people so inferior when it comes to logic? For example the medicine here supposedly has five rows. Yet you look at the drawing and it clearly has only four rows and four columns. The top tier is suppose to have 50 bottles yet the picture shows 16. There appears to be no way of telling which are the rows and which are the columns. I imagine the author should have drawn a 5×10 instead of a 4×4. Can the author go back and fix his/her drawings.
Then there is the manner of usage. This paper seems to be more like a high level table of contents. Which bottles are to be used at what levels and such are also needed.
Why do Chinese people put so much emphasis on pills? I have never noticed pills that do me any good. Maybe headache pills. Or stuff for diarrhea and antibiotics. But I use that stuff maybe once every other decade. Could it be Chinese people use heroin and such. Those I understand make you feel much different. I bet this drug stuff is all based on China’s history of being all drugged up to escape reality and it has carried over to the modern era.
And do Chinese people really think it is okay to poison people? Do they all practice poisoning when they can’t just stab them in the back or chop off their head with overwhelming force when somebody does not treat them as their egos assume they should be treated?
It’s better for you to say lacking instead of inferior. As well as something artist get lazy or are rushed so they don’t always have time to worry about the details. And no, chinese people do not think it’s okay to just poison people. You have to remember this is just a muahua it’s not going to be factual or good representation of history or believes. Therefore it’s best not to judge based on of this without prior knowledge of history or cultural customs.
No matter what .. It’s aunt Su Xi’s betrothal gift ..😂
